About Me
- EcoBeacon
- I grew up as a Commercial Fisherman's daughter in the beautiful pristine Prince William Sound, Alaska. As a life-long Alaskan, I have experienced all aspects of the Commercial Fishing Industry, worked for the Alaska Department of Fish and Game and am now currently employed with the International Pacific Halibut Commission. I have personally witnessed the devastion of the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill in 1989 and later became HAZMAT Certified to participate in oil spill drills and future disasters alike. Please enjoy my blogsite and "write it on your heart that every day is the best day of the year." -Ralph Waldo Emerson
